About Achraya (Dr.) Kailash Chandra Dev Brahaspati
Dr. K.C.D. Brahaspati, popularly known as Acharya Brahaspati was born on 20th January 1918 in Rampur State of Utter Pradesh. Pandit Duttaram, great grand father of Acharya, was a State Pandit of Rampur Darbar, with his profound knowledge of Poetice, Astrology, Sanskrit and other branches of learning includes 'Been'. He had earned a lot of honour and respect from the nawab of Rampur. The fact that the Nawab got constructed a temple of Load Shiva in the middle of a prominent road in Rampur, for Pundit Duttaram, is the evidence of the respect and honours that was given to him by the Nawab. The ancient traditions of learning and honour were maintained by Shri Govindram, the father of Acharya Brahaspati.
